Content you create inside our tools — saved apartment tour checklists, comparison data, commute searches, and (for agents) CRM leads and templates.
Basic technical telemetry from your browser session (device, page views) so we can keep the site working.
What we do with it
We use your account data to log you in, show you the tools, and remember your saved work across sessions.
Technical telemetry helps us fix bugs and improve the product.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to third parties.
We don't use your tour notes, comparisons, or CRM leads for advertising.
Where your data lives
Authentication and stored content run on Supabase, our backend provider. Maps and commute lookups route through our own server so the Google API key is never exposed to your browser.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us through the contact page. We will respond promptly.
Changes to this page
When we publish the full legal privacy policy, it will replace this summary. We will note the effective date clearly.
